About me
Hi, I’m Naomi.
I’m a breathwork practitioner, facilitator and photographer, passionate about creating spaces where people can slow down, feel, release and reconnect with themselves.
For me, breathwork is not about doing it “right”. It’s about creating a little more space — in your body, your mind and your life.
I love bringing this work into nature, where the surroundings can become part of the experience. And what better place to breathe than by the sea?
This morning in Cabopino is an invitation to simply pause, breathe and be. No pressure. No expectations.

Do I need any breathwork experience to join?
A.Not at all. I’ll guide you step by step throughout the session. Whether this is your first conscious breathing experience or you already have some experience with breathwork, everyone is welcome.
Is conscious connected breathwork intense or dangerous?
A.Conscious connected breathwork can bring up deep emotions, sensations and insights. The experience can be intense at times, but you remain in control of your own pace and can adjust or pause whenever you need to. I’ll guide you with care and presence, creating a safe and supportive space for your experience.
What should I bring?
